How do I access my license(s)? or When will I receive my license(s) in the mail?

In 2023, electronic licenses (e-license) began replacing printed and mailed paper-based licenses. This helps reduce the exorbitant cost of printing and mailing these documents. Licensees must now download and print their license(s) for display. To download your Massage Therapist license (MA) and/or Massage Establishment license (MM) for print, you must access your Licensed Practitioner Login through the MQA Online Services webpage. There is a link at the bottom of the FL BOMT website that explains E-licensing, provides the steps for downloading, and includes an instructional video. Click Here to Go There. 

(NOTE: Some LMTs have posted a screenshot of their License Verification page from the FL DOH MQA Search Portal. This is not your license and will not be sufficient during a Massage Establishment inspection.)

How do I contact the Florida Board of Massage Therapy?

The FL Board of Massage Therapy (FL BOMT) website is floridasmassagetherapy.gov

(NOTE: Calling the board does not mean you will be in contact with a board member. You will be interacting with a FL BOMT staff member and/or a Department of Health staff member.)
